Food to Remember
Our spaghetti sauce is slow-cooked in small batches for three hours. We cook our original-recipe tomato sauce with our Mescolanza™ – a proprietary blend of beef, pork, herbs and spices. Our meatballs are made from our proprietary recipe then hand-rolled and baked – not fried.
Our Dolcio™ sauce cannot be found anywhere else. We created this recipe about 25 years ago. Now, we bring this unique, creamy, cheesy sauce to you. It’s not Alfredo – it’s Dolcio™!
